Also, use the classwork tab in Google Classroom, your planner, and the class website to keep up with what you have to do and what you have completed. Be sure to complete assignments in order according to the class website and remember Google Classroom may not be in your order.

  1. Opinion Writing Chocolate Milk Essay-Body Paragraphs: Through Google Classroom, use Kami to complete Lesson 9 body paragraphs on your opinion about chocolate milk, it is 3 pages. Your paragraphs will include a topic sentence, reasons, explanations, and a concluding sentence. Remember, do not be repetitive.

  2. Opinion Writing Chocolate Milk Essay-Conclusion Paragraph: Through Google Classroom, use Kami to complete lesson 10 on conclusion paragraphs. Your paragraph should restate your opinion, reasons, and end with a final thought or call to action. Be sure to you are restating in a new way and not being repetitive.

  3. Read Rush Revere Chapter 6: Read Chapter 6 in Rush Revere and the First Patriots. If you are using Audible you need to also be sure that you are following along in your Rush Revere book.

  4. Rush Revere Chapter 6 Vocabulary: Using an online or paper dictionary define the vocabulary words in the context of how they are used in Rush Revere.

  5. Type Opinion Writing Essay: Go to Google Classroom/Burkhart ELA. Using your Introduction (Lesson 7), Body Paragraphs (Lesson 9) and Conclusion (Lesson 10) that you completed last week you will type your 5 paragraph opinion essay. Be sure that you are writing complete sentences, and adding transition words. Make sure to check your spelling and grammar. 

  6. Rush Revere Chapter 6 Questions: Through Google Classroom, use the book and answer the questions for Rush Revere Chapter 6 questions.

  1. 4 Spheres Poster:  Using the directions and rubric provided, begin working on your 4 spheres Poster.  Take your time and do not rush to get it finished.  Drawn and labeled everything first and then work on adding color and details.

  2. Discovery Education Techbook:  Through Clever, log onto Discovery Education. You will have 4 assignments that show up right under where it says Welcome. It will say "upcoming assignments." You will start with the Engage Tab and use the information on this page to define words. Answer the questions at the end of each section. Then, you will go to the Explore tab and continue reading the information, watching the videos, and answering any questions. When you have finished you will take the review quiz and then the summative assessment.

  1. Causes of the American Revolution Pre-Planning Timeline: Through Google Classroom, using Kami add the key information and dates for each of the events that lead up to the American Revolution.  

  2. Causes of the American Revolution Poster: Do not start your poster until your pre-planning has a 100 on it. Be sure to use to poster board that I provided for you in the front office at school. Using the rubric provided, begin working on your Causes of the American Revolution Timeline Poster. Be sure that you are creative, neat, and pay attention to everything that is in the rubric.
