The samples below provide documented evidence of my teaching from a variety of sources. My teaching is an ongoing process of inquiry, reflection, and experimentation. I believe that it is extremely important to continue learning and improving upon my teaching practices and not become stagnant.

DATA DRIVEN & INDIVIDUALIZED INSTRUCTION
Through a continuous cycle of assessment, analysis, and action I use various tools to increase student success and customize their learning.

Benchmark Item Analysis (Prior to STAR and DEA benchmarks with customizable diagnostic report options I made this analysis chart. I would highlight problems missed by each student. The most commonly missed items would be reviewed as a class. Further intervention and enrichment were then planned based upon individual student analysis.)

MATH INTERVENTION CURRICULUM
In collaboration with two other county teachers we were employed to create a curriculum framework for the Math Intervention Program. These components were published into a book for other Math Intervention teachers in the county.

PROFESSIONALISM DOCUMENTATION
A component of the TEAM evaluation process teachers are evaluated based uopn their proffesionalism. We meet with our principal and go through each component of the professionalism rubric and provide evidence. Each year I have recieved a Level 5 on my proffessionalism rubric.
